When you call us and report a problem, we take a moment to find out what in your eyes is the problem. That way we can ensure that it is something we can deal with and allows us to prepare for the visit. (if we believe that we are unable to help you, we will point you in the right direction)

We try to carry out most jobs on-site, however occasionally, we may have to carry out certain testing procedures that can take time (specially if it involves the hard drive). We don't want you to be paying while our engineer waits for a long procedure to go through, we like to take the machine away and do the job off-site. It means that we can so something else while your machine is running our lengthy test

Its not just repairs we carry out, we also can supply a wide range of equipment at competitive prices including PC's, Printers, Scanners, All-in-ones (that is a printer and scanner combined), Monitors, Wireless Access Points and much more. We will then deliver and set up any new equipment and leave it ready for you to use.

Our current labour rate is £35.00 plus hour (£41.13 inc VAT) Mon to Sat - 8am to 6pm
